Anemia: Causes, Signs, Treatment
There are few main symptoms that can reveal that you have anemia such as:

In order to treat anemia successfully you should first determine its cause. However, the treatment of anemia consists of few things:
1. Taking vitamin and mineral supplements.
2. An individual form of therapy, which depends on the type of anemia.
3. Diet. Your diet should be rich in B vitamins, especially B12 and folic acid, iron and protein.
Include more liver, red meat, fish, cream, butter, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, beets, tomatoes, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, cereals, corn, yeast, sea kale, apricot, pomegranate, bananas, grapes, sweet cherries, cherries, apples, oranges, honey, fruit freshly squeezed juices, mineral iron sulphate-hydro carbonate magnesium waters.
4. Treating the diseases which caused anemia in the first place.
The substances which are responsible for the erythrocytes and haemoglobin formation are vitamins B9 (folic acid), vitamin B12 (cobalamins), and iron.
When you lack one or all of these substances you will most likely develop anemia. Therefore, when you start the treatment, it should mainly consist of taking these vitamins and minerals in large quantities.
